Terms of Use

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms apply to apps made by Appsoft Inc ("we"), including EveryRemote, Wallpals, and to this website.

App Store and Google Play

If you got our app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, together with these terms. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service apply, together with these terms. Where they differ, the store's terms win.

Using our apps

  • You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
  • Use EveryRemote only with TVs and devices you own or have permission to control. Family help must be set up with the agreement of the person whose TV you help with.
  • Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell our apps, except where the law allows it.

Purchases

Paid features are bought through the App Store or Google Play, as described on each app's page. If an app offers a subscription, you can cancel it any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Other companies' products

Our apps work with TVs, projectors and devices made by other companies. Those companies aren't connected with us and may change their products in ways that stop a feature from working. Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to say what our apps work with.

No warranty

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they're provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Don't rely on our apps where a failure could cause harm.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Appsoft Inc isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our apps, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or feature involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the apps means you accept the updated terms.
